Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 51 and the centerline of Freedom Burton Road (S.R. 700) at the Southeast corner of land conveyed to E. Kline by Volume 401, Page 171 of Portage County Record of Deeds, said point being South 0 deg. 26' 06" East, 1650.98 feet from a 1/2" pipe found at the Northeast corner of said Lot 51 and the centerline intersection of said S. R. 700 and Hankee Road (T.H. 224); thence South 0 deg. 26' 06" East, along said road centerline and lot line, a distance of 200.14 feet to a point; thence North 88 deg. 16' 49" West, along a new line and passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 30.02 feet, a distance of 455.21 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set on an East line of said Kline's lands; thence North 0 deg. 20' 28" East, along said East line of said Kline's land, a distance of 200.06 feet to a drill hole found in a 2' x 3' stone; thence South 88 deg. 16' 49" East, along the South line of said Kline's land and passing over a 1 1/2" pipe found at 419.69 feet, a distance of 452.50 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.0838 acres of land as surveyed in December, 2005 by Clifford H. McGuire, Professional Surveyor No. 7770. Basis of bearing was taken from Survey Plat P-15718.
