Being part of Lot 16 Northwest and being also part of land conveyed to Marvin Talbot in Deed 200124112 and all of land in Deed 200124113 of the Portage County Records, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a monument at the centerline intersection of State Route 14 and Tallmadge Road (C.H. 18); thence along the centerline of Tallmadge Road South 87 deg. 50' 46" West, 2128.06 feet to a point where an iron pipe was found N. 0 deg. 29' 30" E., 29.41 feet; thence along said centerline South 87 deg. 55' 00" West, 1068.94 feet to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing along the centerline of Tallmadge Road South 87 deg. 55' 00" West, 117.75 feet to a point; thence North 01 deg. 00' 07" East, 500 feet to a 1/2" pipe set (passing over a 1/2" pipe at 30.04'); thence North 87 deg. 55' 18" East, 390.26 feet to a 1/2" pipe set; thence along land in the name of L. L. Rose Jr. South 02 deg. 09' 40" East, 199.26 feet to a 1/2" pipe; thence along lands of A. & J. McMahan and B. & L. Hamrick South 87 deg. 55' 18" West, 299.86 feet to an iron rod found 0.18' N.; thence along the Hamrick land South 02 deg. 06' 52" East, 300.00 feet to the place of beginning (passing over an iron rod found 29 88' from centerline). Containing 2.5651 acres, more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed in June, 2004 by James C. Ellsworth, Registered Surveyor No. 7535.
