Beginning at an iron pipe at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot No. 7 being also the intersection of the centerline of Winchell Road (JH 264), 60 feet wide, and the centerline of Chamberlain Road (CH 265), 60 feet wide; thence North 89 degrees 36' 50" West, along the Northerly line of said Lot No. 7, being along said centerline of Winchell Road, a distance of 537.36 feet to a point; thence South 0 degrees 23' 10" West, passing through an iron pin distant 30.00 feet from said centerline, a distance of 137.76 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 degrees 36' 50" East, a distance of 268.79 feet to an iron pin; thence South 62 degrees 46' 28" East, a distance of 140.00 feet to an iron pin; thence East a distance of 145.00 feet to said centerline of Chamberlain Road, passing through an iron pin distance of 30.00 feet West of said centerline; thence North along said centerline of Chamberlain Road, a distance of 200.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.000 acres of land as surveyed and described by Hedrick and Associates, Inc., July 1992, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
