Beginning at an iron pipe at the intersection of the Westerly line of said Lot 6 and the centerline of T.H. 264, Winchell Road; thence S. 89 deg. 45' 00" E., along the centerline of T.H. 264, a distance of 30.00 feet to a railroad spike at a Northwesterly corner of land now owned or formerly owned by W. J. & D. M. Cochran; thence S. 00 deg. 28' 52" W., a distance of 625.11 feet to an iron pipe in a Northerly line of said Cochran; thence N. 89 deg. 45' 34" W., along said Northerly line of Cochran, a distance of 29.97 feet to an iron pipe in the Easterly line of Lot 5 at the Northeasterly corner of land now and formerly owned by Leonard Plechaty; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 45' 34" W., along the Northerly line of said Plechaty, a distance of 196.05 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 00 deg. 07' 00" E. (passing over an iron pipe at 600.15 feet), a distance of 625.15 feet to a point in the centerline of T.H. 264; thence South 89 deg. 45' 00" E., along the centerline of T.H. 264, a distance of 200.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 3.272 acres of land, more or less, of which 2.842 acres, more or less, are in Lot 5, and 0.430 acres, more or less, are in Lot 6, as surveyed February 6, 1975 by Albert Szuch, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.
