Beginning at an iron pipe in the centerline of Conley Road and the West line of Lot 70 and being S. 0 deg. 07' E., 1006.19 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 70; thence S. 89 deg. 37' 05" E., 220.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 07' W., 80.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 37' 05" E., 738.45 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's East line; thence S. 0 deg. 18' 40" W., 150.00 feet to the Grantor's Southeast corner; thence N. 89 deg. 37' 05" W., 957.34 feet to an iron pipe in the centerline of Conley Road and the West line of Lot 70 and being the Grantor's Southwest corner; thence N. 0 deg. 07' W., 70.00 feet along the lot line and centerline of Conley Road to the beginning. Containing 2.894 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in May, 1987 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
