Situated in the City of Streetsboro, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Streetsboro Township Lot 38 and also being part of a tract of land now owned by James J. Pavitta as recorded in Instrument No. 200230757, Portage County Records and more fully bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the West line of Original Township Lot 38 and the centerline of Page Road and being North 00 degrees 00 minutes and 00 seconds East, a distance of 921.87 feet (deed) from the Southwest corner of Lot 38, said point being the true place of beginning for the tract of land herein described; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes and 00 seconds East along the West line of Lot 38 and along the centerline of Page Road, a distance of 300.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 46 minutes and 25 seconds East along the South line of a tract of land now or formerly owned by B. Klonaris, Trustee, as recorded Volume 327, Page 23, a distance of 291.00 feet to a capped rebar set, witness a 3/4 inch pipe found at a distance of 30.00 feet from said centerline and 0.11 feet North of said line; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes and 00 seconds West through the lands of said James J. Favitta, a distance of 300.00 feet to a capped rebar set on the North line of a tract of land now or formerly owned by P. Gardner, Volume 458, Page 415 (Parcel 1); thence North 88 degrees 46 minutes and 25 seconds West along the North line of said 25' easement, a distance of 291.00 feet to a point on the West line of Original Lot 38 and the place of beginning, containing 2.004 acres (87,280 square feet) of land more or less, subject to all legal highways. The above description is based on a survey performed under the direction of Timothy A. Uzl, P.S. No. 7685, November, 2003. The basis of bearings for this description is North 00 degrees 00 minutes and 00 seconds East, as the West line of Original Streetsboro Township Lot 36 and is an assumed bearing ("North" is deed call as recorded Instrument No. 200230757). All rebars set at 5/8 inch diameter, 30 inches in length with ID Cap Tau 7685.
