And known as being located in Lot 126 and beginning in the Northeast corner of Lot No. 126, said county and the center of the intersection of the East and West and North and South Roads (Wilkes and Stroup Roads) on the lot lines; thence South along the lot line and the center of the North and side road 20.18 chains to the Southeast corner of land of Howard F. and Agnes V. Fields, the true place of beginning; thence West 19.06 chains along Fields South line to a point; thence South 10.49 chains along the East line of Pete and Mary Fecuch land to the North line of Irvin W. and Cord M. Hanna; thence East along Hanna's North line and North line of William O. Hanna 19.06 chains to the center of the North and South Road (Stroup Road) and the East lot line; thence North along the center of road and lot line 10.49 chains to the true place of beginning and containing twenty acres of land.

Beginning at a stone at the Northeast corner of the centerline of CH-50 (Stroup Road) and Wilkes Road, South a distance of 1331.88 feet and continuing South a distance of 302.74 feet along the centerline of CH-50 to an iron pin which is the true place of beginning; thence continuing South a distance of 389.60 feet along said centerline to an iron pin at the Southeast corner of R. Huber; thence N. 88 deg. 42' W., a distance of 559.18 feet along the South line of R. Huber to an iron pipe; thence North a distance of 389.60 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 42' E., a distance of 559.18 feet to the centerline of CH-50 and the true place of beginning and containing 5.000 acres of land as surveyed by Terrence R. Hohnhorst, Registered Surveyor Number 5065, in October, 1969.
