Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Rail Road Company right of way in the center of the highway leading from Brimfield (Tallmadge Rd.) to Tallmadge; thence Westerly along the center of the highway 105.50 feet to a stone; thence South 1 degree West, 128 feet to a tile; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the North line 81-1/2 feet to the West line of the Rail Road Company's land; thence Northerly along the Rail Road Company's West line 130 feet to the place of beginning, containing 30/100 of an acre of land.

Situated in the Township of Brimfield, County of Portage and State of Ohio and known as being part of Township Lot No. 39 and bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of land deeded by C. H. Chapman to a Grantee April 1, 1899, which point is 128 feet South from the center of the highway; thence South 1 degree West 103 feet to a tile; thence Easterly on a line parallel with the center of the highway about 63 feet to the West line of the Rail Road Company's right of way; thence Northerly along the West line of the Railroad Company's right of way to the Southeast corner of land deeded by C. H. Chapman to a Grantee; thence Westerly along the South line of that Grantee's land 81-1/3 feet to the place of beginning and containing 17/100 of an acre of land.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
