Beginning on the East line of Township Lot No. 23 and in the center of County Highway No. 90 (Edson Road); thence Southwesterly along the center of the above mentioned road, 133.35 feet to the place of beginning which is the Northeasterly corner of the Grantors property; thence continuing along the center of the above mentioned road South 48 degrees 50' West, 160.00 feet; thence through the property of the Grantors, South 1 degree 33' East, 350.16 feet to an iron pipe on the South line of the Grantors; thence along the South line of the Grantors, South 89 degrees 56' East, 108.99 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the Grantors; thence along the Grantors East line, North 0 degrees 15' East, 455.49 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 1.07 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
