Beginning at a track spike set at the intersection of the Northeasterly corner of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, Porter Road; thence South 00 degrees 03' 17" East along the Easterly line of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, a distance of 236.40 feet to a point which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing South 00 degrees 03' 17" East along the Easterly line of Lot 30 and centerline of C.H. 54, a distance of 150.00 feet to a point; thence continuing South 89 degrees 43' 20" West (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 30.00 feet), a distance of 1455.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence North 00 degrees 03' 17" West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set; thence North 89 degrees 43' 20" East (passing over a 5/8" iron rod set at 1425.00 feet), a distance of 1455.00 to the true place of beginning, containing 5.010 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed December 2, 1995 by Rob A. Szuch, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 7288.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
