Beginning in the West line of Lot Number 100, which is also the West line of Deerfield and center line of State Route Number 225, now known as C.H. 125, Alliance Road, South 165.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Lot Number 100, said point being also the Southwest corner of said lands of C. J. and Pauline Blumenstiel; thence continuing along the West lot line, West township line, and S.R. 225, center line South 165 feet; thence South 89 deg. 51' East passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet, 264.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 165.00 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the lands of said Blumenstiel; thence North 89 deg. 51' West along the South line of said Blumenstiel passing over an iron pin at 234.00 feet, 264.00 feet to the place of beginning, as surveyed in June 1956 by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor Number 2587.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
