Situated in Lot 40 and beginning at an iron pin found at the intersection of the West lot line of said Lot 40 and Bloom Road; thence South 52 deg. 30' East, a distance of 627.83 feet to a point in the centerline of Bloom Road and the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 52 deg. 30' East, a distance of 61.87 feet along the centerline of Bloom Road to an angle point in said centerline; thence South 53 deg. 00' East, a distance of 79.06 feet to a iron pin found in the centerline of said road; thence South 00 deg. 00' 40" West, a distance of 357.67 feet to an iron pipe set; thence North 60 deg. 37' 10" West, a distance of 276.78 feet to an iron pipe set; thence North 22 deg. 47' 25" East, a distance of 333.13 feet to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron rod on the South right of way to Bloom Road. Wilson and the true place of beginning; thence continuing South 52 deg. 30' East, a distance 248.03 feet along the centerline of Bloom Road to a point; thence South 22 deg. 47' 25" West, a distance of 333.13 feet to an iron pipe set and passing over an iron pipe on the South R/W line of Bloom Road; thence North 60 deg. 37' 10" West, a distance of 142.34 feet to an iron pipe set; thence North 08 deg. 15' East, a distance of 392.34 feet of which the last 166.42 feet are along the East line of said Wilson's property to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe found on the South right of way as surveyed by Edward P.
