Being a part of Lot 27 and being also all of parcel conveyed to David S. Loynd in Deed Volume 968, Page 913 of the Portage County Records, and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe found on the West line of Portage County at the North West corner of Sublot 1 of Woodacres, Plat Volume 20, Page 43; thence along said line, which is also the East line of Deidrick Road, North 0 deg. 09' East, 75.01 feet to the true place of beginning where an iron pipe was found 0.22' North and 0.10' East; thence continuing North 0 deg. 09' East, 125.03 feet to a point at the intersection with the South line of Parmalee Road; thence on Parmalee Road South 89 deg. 56' East, 100.00 feet to an iron pipe found; thence along Block AR South 0 deg. 09' West, 125.03 feet to a point where an iron pipe was found 0.09' South and 0.06' West; thence along Block AR North 89 deg. 56' West, 100.00 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 0.2870 acres of land as surveyed in October, 1998 by James C. Ellsworth, Registered Surveyor No. 7535.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
