PARCEL ONE:
Situated in the Village of Windham, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as Lot 2 in the West Winn Allotment, located in Lot 56 of Winhdam Township and Windham Village, Ohio, as the same is platted in the records of the Recorder of Portage County, Ohio, Volume 16, Page 33.
PARCEL TWO:
Tract One:
Situated in the Village of Windham, County of Portage, State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Lot No. Fifty-seven (57) in said village, bounded and described as follows:
One the North and West by lands formerly owned by Harriet Seymour; on the East by lands of Mary M. Hughes; on the South by the East and West center road. Being fifty-two (52) feet East and West and eight (8) rods North to South, and being the same lands conveyed by deed recorded in Volume 217, Page 216, and known now as Subdivision No. 9 of Original Lot No. 57 and containing, according to the Auditor's Duplicate, 0.19 acres of land, reserving to the Grantors herein, their heirs and assigns, the use of the driveway across the lands herein conveyed.
Tract Two:
Situated in the Village of Windham, County of Portage, State of Ohio, and known as being a part of Lot No. 57 and part of Subdivision 10 in Windham Township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning on the South lot line and in the center of the highway, at the Southeast corner of 0.19 of an acre of land now owned by L. T. and Isabelle Alderman, said place of beginning being about 636.92 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 57; thence N. 0 deg. 15' E., 165 feet to an iron bolt set in concrete, and passing over an iron pin at 30 feet, at side of highway; thence N. 89 deg. 56' E., along the South line of land of Nona M. Eberwine 27 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 5 deg. 15' W., 165 feet to the South lot line and passing over an iron pipe at 30 feet at side of highway; thence S. 89 deg. 56' W. along lot line and center of highway 27 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.10 acres of land as surveyed by F. H. Swasey, Registered Surveyor No. 2154. Any person who, with intent to defraud or knowing that he is facilitating a fraud against an insurer, submits an application or files a claim containing a false or deceptive statement, is guilty of insurance fraud.

Said Premises Appraised at $68,000.00 - 9445 Annette Dr. & $75,000.00 E. Cent and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
