Beginning at a stone monument found marking the Southeast corner of Lot 19; thence N. 1 deg. 00' 26" E., 327.14 feet to an iron pipe, the true place of beginning for the following described premises:
Thence S. 79 deg. 13' W., 878.32 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 87 deg. 00' W., passing over an iron pipe at 373.61 feet, a total distance of 403.63 feet to a point in the centerline of Alpha Road (TH-277); thence N. 1 deg. 00' E., along the centerline of Alpha Road, 60.04 feet to an iron pipe found at the Southwest corner of lands of M. & J. Berta; thence S. 87 deg. 00' E., along the South line of said Berta, passing over an iron pipe at 30.02 feet, a total distance of 405.72 feet to an existing iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 53' 07" E., along the East line of lands of Berta and Knippenberg, 754.90 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 1 deg. 14' 35" W., 260.97 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 33' 40" E., along the South line of lands of Knippenberg, 869.84 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of Lot 19; thence S. 1 deg. 00' 26" W., along said lot line 918.12 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 20.240 acres of land as surveyed in September, 1980, and revised in November, 1998 by Donald D. Harvey, R.S. No. 4112.
