In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. O'Neill's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, December 9, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Palmyra to-wit:

Beginning at a point in the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and the West line of Lot 21 and being South 0 deg. 41' W., 616.64 feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 21; thence East 501.60 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence South 0 deg. 05' W., 165.99 feet to an iron pipe; thence West 503.34 feet to the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence North 0 deg. 41' E., 166.01 feet along the centerline of McClintocksburg Road and the West line of Lot 21 to the beginning. Containing 1.914 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways as surveyed in July, 1979 by David J. Collier, R.S. No. 4819.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
