L. Lisse to an I.P.; thence North 0 deg. 35' East, a distance of 204.67' along the East line of L. Krizansky to an I.P.; thence South 89 deg. 22' 16" East, a distance of 220.00' along the Southerly lines of D. M. Simon, T. E. Fogelman or H. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.
