Beginning at the center line intersection of Wayne Road, T.H. 266 and State Route 44; thence North 89 deg. 33' 30" West, a distance of 673.96' along the center line of Wayne Road, to a point which is the true place of beginning; thence South 1 deg. 45' 45" West, a distance of 383.02' to an I.P. and passing over an I.P. at 30.02'; thence North 89 deg. 54' 12" West, a distance of 411.73' along the North line of N. L. Lisse to an I.P.; thence North 0 deg. 35' East, a distance of 204.67' along the East line of L. Krizansky to an I.P.; thence South 89 deg. 22' 16" East, a distance of 220.00' along the Southerly lines of D. M. Simon, T. E. Fogelman or H. Chestnutwood to an I.P.; thence North 0 deg. 35' East, a distance of 191.38' along the Easterly line of T. E. Fogelman or H. Chestnutwood to a point in the center line of Wayne Road and passing over an I.P. 30.08' back from said center line; thence South 85 deg. 22' East, a distance of 147.04' along the center line of Wayne Road to an angle point; thence North 89 deg. 33' 30" East, a distance of 52.96' along the center line of Wayne Road to the true place of beginning, and containing 2.766 acres of land more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by Edward P. Wanchick, Registered Surveyor No. 5756.

TERMS OF SALE: Cash.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
