Starting at a drill hole in concrete at the intersection of the centerline of Herriff Road with the West line of Lot 30; thence North 47 degrees 44' 24" East, 320.76 feet along the centerline of Herriff Road to an iron pipe; thence North 66 degrees 20' 30" East, 488.11 feet along the centerline of Herriff Road to the true place of beginning; thence North 66 degrees 20' 30" East, 199.96 feet along the centerline of Herriff Road; thence South 0 degrees 54' West, 1238.10 feet to an iron pipe in the Grantor's South line and passing over an iron pipe 32.98 feet from the road center; thence North 89 degrees 46' 15" West, 181.88 feet along the Grantor's South line to an iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 54' East, 1157.12 feet to the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe 32.98 feet from the road center. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
