United States of America, Acting Through the Rural Develoment, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Plaintiff vs. Evelyn P. Humberson, et al., Defendants.

The Defendants, Evelyn P. Humberson fka Evelyn P. Rodhe and James Allen Humberson, whose residences are unknown and cannot with reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on June 10, 2013, United States of America, Acting Through the Rural Develoment, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) filed its Complaint in Case No. 2013 CV 00596 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, demanding foreclosure of a certain promissory note and mortgage deed, barring of the equity of redemption, marshalling of liens and judicial sale and for other proper legal and equitable relief, upon the following described real property known as P.P. #41-058-20-00-038-000 and 9906 Green Drive, Windham, OH 44288 for street numbering purposes.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before November 20, 2013. You are also required to serve a copy of your answer upon Plaintiff's attorney.
