Located in Lot No. 49, Nelson Township, Portage County, Ohio and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin marking the point of intersection of the centerlines of Fenstermaker Road (TH-307) and Kennedy Ledge Road (TH-306); thence West, along the centerline of Kennedy Ledge Road, 681.62 feet to a point, the true point of beginning for the following described premises; thence South 0 degrees 10' East, passing over an iron pipe at 30.00 feet to a total distance of 400.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence West, 250.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 10' West, passing over an iron pipe at 370.00 feet, a total distance of 400.00 feet to an iron pin in the centerline of Kennedy Ledge Road; thence East, along said road centerline, 250.00 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 2.296 acres of land as surveyed in September 1986 by Donald D. Harvey, Reg. Surveyor No. 4112, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
