Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 41, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin to the West line of said Lot No. 41. This pin is situated in the approximate centerline of State Route No. 700, a distance of 1,011.27 feet South 00 deg. 14' West from the Northwst corner of said Lot No. 41; thence in a clockwise manner the following courses and distances:
South 88 deg. 38' East for a distance of 915.33 feet to an iron pin in the West line of Meadowview Allotment; South 00 deg. 26' West along the West side of Meadowview Allotment for a distance of 233.75 feet to an iron pin; North 88 deg. 38' West for a distance of 914.50 feet to an iron pin the West line of said Lot No. 41; North 00 deg. 14' East along the West line of said Lot No. 41 and centerline of State Route No. 700, a distance of 233.75 feet to the place of beginning and found to contain 4.909 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse No. 1199 in November, 1963.
NOTE:
The legal description in the Quit Claim Deed, Instrument 20104857, contains the following scrivener's error: should be "...said Lot No. 41..." instead of "...said Lot No. 412...". Should be "...East for a distance..." instead of "...Eat for a distance...". Said errors do not materially affect the integrity or the insurability of the tranfer of the title to the Grantee.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
