Commencing at the centerline of intersection of T.H. 30, Albert Horning Road, and C.H. 29 Laubert Road; thence S. 89 deg. 59' 21" E., along the centerline of said Laubert Road, a distance of 809.63 feet, to a spike and the real place of beginning for this conveyance; thence N. 00 deg. 00' 39" E., a distance of 789.96 feet to an iron pin and passing over an iron pin at 30.00 feet; thence S. 89 deg. 59' 21" E., a distance of 123.28 feet to an iron pin at a property corner of this Grantor; thence S. 00 deg. 14' 40" E., along the common line of land of the Grantor and land now or formerly owned by M. and M. Lucas, a distance of 789.97 feet to the centerline of Laubert Road; thence N. 89 deg. 59' 21" W., along the centerline of Laubert Road, a distance of 126.80 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.2678 acres as measured by R. A. Weinkauf, R.S. 3859, May, 1973.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
