Beginning at a point in the centerline of Stroup Road and the East line of Lot 5 and being N. 0 deg. 36' E., 100.00 feet from an iron pin at the Southeast corner of Lot 5; thence N. 88 deg. 55' 20" W., 735.00 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the road center; thence N. 0 deg. 35' E., 25.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 26' 35" W., 544.03 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 51' 10" E., 100.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 88 deg. 55' 20" E., 1278.23 feet to the centerline of Stroup Road and the East line of Lot 5 and passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from the road center; thence S. 0 deg. 36' W., 100.00 feet along the centerline of Stroup Road and the East line of Lot 5 to the beginning. Containing 2.779 acres of land, more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in May, 1978 by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.
