Beginning at an iron pipe in the North line of Lot 104 and the centerline of Moff Road and being North 89 degrees 46' West, 520.00 feet from an iron pipe at the Northeast corner of Lot 104; thence South 0 degrees 11' 30" West, 447.00 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 20 feet from the road center; thence North 89 degrees 46' West, 190.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 0 degrees 11' 30" East, 447.00 feet to the centerline of Moff Road and the North line of Lot 104; thence South 89 degrees 46' East, 190.00 feet along the lot line and centerline of Moff Road to the beginning. Containing 1.950 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed in November, 1978, by David J. Collier, Registered Surveyor No. 4819.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
