Commencing 7 feet South of the Northwest corner of land deeded by S. Derthick and wife to George W. Heister and on the East line of Bank Street 3 1/2 rods; thence Easterly parallel with the North line of said lot, 8 rods; thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said lot, 3 1/2 rods; thence Westerly 8 rods parallel with the North line of said lot to the place of beginning, containing 28 rods of land.
