Beginning in the East line of Lot 28 and being North 1 deg. 26' W., 230.87 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 28; thence South 53 deg. 01' 29" West, 320.87 feet along the centerline of Smalley Road; thence North 1 deg. 26' West, 599.34 feet to an iron pipe and passing over an iron pipe 36.87 feet from the road center; thence North 88 deg. 51' 31" East, 261.09 feet to the centerline of Slagle Road and passing over an iron pipe 30 feet from the road center; thence South 1 deg. 26' East, 411.49 feet along the centerline of Slagle Road and the East line of Lot 28 to the beginning and containing 3.029 acres of land, as surveyed in February, 1981, by David J.
