And being part of Lot 36 in said township and bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a 1" iron pipe found in the Easterly line of said Lot 36 at the intersection of the centerline of T.H. 13, Lansinger Road and T.H. 14, Ticknor Road; thence South 89 degrees 49' 08" West along the centerline of T.H. 14, a distance of 299.99 feet to a point at the Northwesterly corner of land now or formerly owned by Richard C. and Janice C. Fisher (Vol. 896, Pg. 1198) which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence South 00 degrees 00' 54" East along the Westerly line of said Fisher, Westerly line of land now or formerly owned by Sue Elaine Rietily (Vol. 924, Pg. 1160) and Westerly line of land now or formerly owned by Charles R. and Barbara J. Stephens (Vol. 1031, Pg. 453) and passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 29.90 feet a distance of 347.42 feet to a 1/2" iron pipe found at the Southwesterly corner of said Stephens; thence North 84 degrees 22' 12" West, a distance of 416.12 feet to a 5/8" iron rod set in the Easterly line of land now or formerly owned by Sue A. Benedict (Vol. 983, Pg. 34); thence North 00 degrees 01' 30" West along the Easterly line of said Benedict (passing over a 1/2" iron pipe found at 2745.43 feet) a distance of 3005.29 feet to a point in the centerline of T.H. 14; thence North 89 degrees 49' 08" East, along the centerline of T.H. 14, a distance of 414.16 feet to the true place of beginning, containing 3.102 acres of land, as surveyed March 13, 1986 by Al Szuch and Associates, Registered Surveyor No. 5398, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
