Enterprises, Inc., a distance of 210.91 feet to a point in the Easterly line of Lot 15; thence S. 00 deg. 06' 30" E., along the Easterly line of said Lot 15, a distance of 1012.30 feet to the place of beginning, containing 5.062 acres of land, more or less, as surveyed April 30, 1991 by Al Szuch & Associates, Registered Surveyor No. 5398.
