Known as beginning at an iron pin in the Southeast corner of Lot 23-S; thence N. 81 deg. 14' W., a distance of 621.06 feet to an iron pipe which is located in the center of C.H. 167 and known as Millers Corner-Mantua Road, now known as Peck Road; thence N. 3 deg. 40' W., a distance of 747.19 feet to a point in the center of said road; thence S. 86 deg. 45' 50" E., a distance of 30.22 feet to an iron pipe which is the true place of beginning, containing along this same line (S. 86 deg. 45' 50" E.) a distance of 217.41 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 0 deg. 35' W., a distance of 99.49 feet to an iron pin; thence N. 86 deg. 45' 50" W., a distance of 222.80 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 3 deg. 40' E., a distance of 100.00 feet to the true place of beginning, containing .501 acre.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
