JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff vs. Allison M. Hromi, et al, et al., Defendants.

John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Allison M. Hromi, whose last place of residence is known as 2776 Work Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 and 10241 Wellington Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241 and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joshua M. Clemens, whose last place of residence is known as 2776 Work Road, Ravenna, OH 44266 and 10241 Wellington Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241, but whose present places of residence are unknown, will take notice that on December 6, 2012, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association filed its Complaint and on March 21, 2013 its Amended Complaint in Case No. 2012 CV 01410 in the Court of Common Pleas, Portage County, Ohio, alleging that the Defendants, John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Allison M. Hromi and Jane Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Joshua M. Clemens, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:

Property address: 10241 Wellington Road, Streetsboro, OH 44241

The legal description may be obtained from the Portage County Auditor at 449 S. Meridian St., 5th Floor, Portage County Administration Building, Ravenna, Ohio 44266. (330) 297-3561.

The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.

The Petitioner prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Peti--tioner's claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Defendants named above are required to answer on or before June 17, 2013.
