Beginning at an iron rod set in the Westerly line of South Diamond Street, 50' wide, at the Southeast corner of lands now or formerly owned by R. & D. Dillon, said beginning point is also situated S. 02 deg. 45' 00" W., a distance of 618.95 feet as measured along said Westerly line from its intersection with the Southerly line of Mill Road 50' wide; thence continuing along the Westerly line of Mill Road S. 02 deg. 45' 00", a distance of 60.55 feet to an iron rod set; thence N. 79 deg. 33' 15" W., a distance of 280.00 feet to an iron rod set; thence S. 02 deg. 45' 00" E., a distance of 120.55 feet to an iron rod set; thence S. 79 deg. 33' 15" E., a distance of 120.00 feet to an iron rod pipe found at the Northwest corner of the said R. & D. Dillon; thence along the Westerly line of the said R. & D. Dillon S. 02 deg. 45' 00" W., a distance of 60.00 feet to an iron pipe found at Dillon's Southwest corner; thence along the Southerly line of said R. & D. Dillon S. 79 deg. 33' 15" E., a distance of 160.00 feet to the beginning and containing 0.5495 acres of land, be the same more or less as surveyed and described in April 1993 by Don Trocchio, Registered Surveyor No. 6445.
