Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
And known as being part of Lot No. 60, township, county and state aforesaid and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe in the East line of said Lot No. 60 and centerline of Stamm Road (Highway No. 227) at the Southeast corner of a 17.63 acre parcel of land, now or formerly owned by A. M. and C. E. Colton. This iron pin is situated 2,097.00 feet due North from an iron pin at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 60; thence North 89 deg. 50' West along the South side of said Colton land for a distance of 1,047.86 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of a 98.15 acre parcel of land now owned by Matt Pochedly; thence due South along the East line of said Pochedly land for a distance of 207.85 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 89 deg. 50' East for a distance of 1,047.86 feet to an iron pipe in the East line of said Lot No. 60; thence due North along the East line of said Lot No. 60 and approximate centerline of Stamm Road (Highway No. 227) for a distance of 207.85 feet to the place of beginning and found to contain 5.00 acres of land as surveyed by Lucius F. Converse, Serial No. 1199 in April, 1957.

Iron pipes were set 30.00 feet Westwardly from the East line of said Lot No. 60 on both of the East and West lines.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
