Beginning at an iron pipe found at the Northwest corner of Lot 48; thence along the North line of Lot 48 S. 88 deg. 52' 00" E., a distance of 1901.39 feet to a point; thence N. 11 deg. 57' 01" E., a distance of 123.48 feet to a railroad spike found at the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described and on the center line of Ranfield Road (C.H. 88-E, 60 feet wide); thence along said center line S. 61 deg. 52' 00" E., a distance of 60.00 feet to a railroad spike set; thence S. 11 deg. 50' 38" W., a distance of 707.43 feet to an iron pin set; thence S. 00 deg. 05' 40" E., a distance of 600.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence S. 88 deg. 51' 48" E., a distance of 305.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence along the Westerly line of lands conveyed to Glenna J. Roach by Deed Vol. 829, Pg. 481, S. 00 deg. 05' 40" E., a distance of 300.00 feet to an iron pipe found; thence along the Northerly line of lands formerly owned by H. N. Luckhardt, R. D. Bryner and A. Ambrose N. 88 deg. 51' 48" W., a distance of 365.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence N. 00 deg. 05' 40" W., a distance of 900.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence N. 11 deg. 57' 01" E., a distance of 735.41 feet to true place of beginning containing within said bounds 4.3046 acres, 0.1452 acres of which are in Lot 43 and 4.1594 acres of which are in Lot 48, be the same, more or less, according to a survey made by Anthony J. Shambaugh, Registered Surveyor No. 7120 in June of 1992.
