In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. O'Neill's Courtroom, Courtroom C in Ravenna, in the above named County, on Monday, May 13, 2013, at 11:00 A.M., the following described real estate, situated in the County of Portage and the State of Ohio, and in the Township of Palmyra to-wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 14, said point being the true place of beginning; thence North 88 deg. 55' West, along the center of Yale Road (C.H. 558), a distance of 127.84 feet to a point; thence due North, a distance of 1703.70 feet to an iron pipe set; thence South 88 deg. 55' East, a distance of 127.84 feet to an iron bar found; thence due South, a distance of 1703.70 feet to the place of beginning and contains 5.000 acres of land as surveyed by R. F. Paul, Professional Surveyor No. 4351, in June, 1977. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.

The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
