Beginning at a point on the centerline of Stanley Road (C.H. 235) and the East line of said Lot 52, said point being North 0 deg. 05' 37" West, 2668.35 feet from a 1/2" pin found at the centerline intersection of said Stanley Road and Hudson-Braceville Road (S.R. 303); thence South 89 deg. 54' 23" West, passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 30.00 feet, a distance of 609.84 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set; thence North 0 deg. 05' 37" West, a distance of 150.00 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar set; thence North 89 deg. 54' 23" East, passing over a 5/8" capped rebar set at 579.84 feet, a distance of 609.84 feet to a point on said road centerline and lot line; thence South 0 deg. 05' 37" East, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.1000 acres of land as surveyed in July, 2004 by Clifford H.
