Situated in the Township of Ravenna, County of Portage and State of Ohio, being part of Lot 43 South Division in said Ravenna Township and further described as follows:
Beginning at a 1" iron bar found in a monument box at the centerline intersection of Lakewood Road (C.H. 151 - 60' R/W) and Hommon Road (T.H. 153-A 45' R/W) and being on the Southerly line of Lot 43; thence N. 29 deg. 45' 20" E., 1613.95 feet along the centerline of Lakewood Road to the Grantor's Southeasterly corner and the Northeasterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Lawrence W. Pahls (D.V. 970, Pg. 248) (witness a capped iron bar set N. 86 deg. 21' 42" W., 33.41 feet from said corner); thence N. 86 deg. 21' 42" W., 671.97 feet along the Grantor's Southerly line and the Northerly line of Pahl's parcel to a capped iron bar set at the true place of beginning; thence N. 86 deg. 21' 42" W., 185.87 feet along the Grantor's Southerly line and the Northerly line of said Pahl's parcel to a ceramic disk found at the Grantor's Southwesterly corner and the Northwesterly of said Pahl's parcel and the Southeasterly corner of Sublot 13 in the Cal Rausch Subdivision (Plat Volume 13, Page 45); thence N. 2 deg. 48' 09" E., 160.10 feet along the Grantor's Westerly line and the Easterly line of said Cal Rausch Subdivision and Sublot 13 to the Grantor's Northwesterly corner and the Southwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Arthur B. Guiher, Jr. and Deborah A. Guiher (O.R. 10, Pg. 803) (witness a 1/2" open top iron pipe found 0.444 feet North and 0.372 East of said corner); thence S. 88 deg. 18' 51" E., 213.84 feet along the Grantor's Northerly line and the Southerly line of said Guiher parcel to a 4" x 4" concrete monument found at the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence S. 12 deg. 18' 15" W., 169.30 feet to the true place of beginning and containing 0.7500 acres of land as surveyed in April 2004 by David L. Jenson, Registered Surveyor No. 7273. The basis for bearing is the Ohio State Plane Coordinate System North Zone (NAD 83) using Portage County Monument 83 104-1 PCC.
