Being a tract of land located in Lot 41 in Randolph Township, Portage County, State of Ohio, and being further described as follows:
Beginning at a bolt spike at the intersection of the centerline of C.H. 28 (Eberly Road) and C.H. 47 (Industry Road) on the township line between Randolph and Atwater Townships in Portage County; thence South 86 deg. 13' West along the centerline of Eberly Road a distance of 1426.00 feet to an iron pin which is the true place of beginning for this description; thence continuing along the centerline of Eberly Road, South 86 deg. 13' West, a distance of 215.00 feet to an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of the H. K. Hosterman, Jr., and the Southwest corner of the Robert Wood properties; thence North 4 deg. 56' East along the property line between Hosterman and Wood, a distance of 609.00 feet to an iron pipe on the lot line between Lots 41 and 51 of Randolph Township; thence South 85 deg. 08' East along the lot line a distance of 212.52 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 4 deg. 56' West a distance of 576.67 feet to the iron pin in the centerline of Eberly Road at the true place of beginning and passing over an iron pipe set 30 feet at side of road and containing 2.87 acres of land as surveyed in August 1967, by C. B. Dodge, Registered Surveyor No. 1682 and Thomas E. James, Registered Surveyor No. 1431 of the State of Ohio.
