Beginning at a point in the centerline of S.R. 44, said point being 1,430.40 feet South 00 deg. 09' 40" West of the Northeast corner of said lot; thence North 89 deg. 37' 50" West a distance of 299.00 feet to an iron pin (passing over an iron pipe set at 30.00 feet); thence North 00 deg. 09' 41" East, a distance of 220 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 37' 50" East, a distance of 99 feet to an iron pin; thence South 00 deg. 09' 40" West, a distance of 200 feet to an iron pin; thence South 89 deg. 37' 5" East, a distance of 200 feet to the centerline of S.R. 44; thence 00 deg. 09' 40" West along the centerline of S.R. 44, a distance of 20 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.591 acre, more or less, but subject to a 20.00 feet easement over the Southerly 99 feet. The easement referred to herein is recorded in Deed Volume 842, Page 325 in the Portage County Records Office in Ravenna, Ohio.
