Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Lot 44, Freedom Township, and further described as follows:
Beginning at a boat spike in the East line of Lot 44 and the center line of Nichols Road, C.H. 225, N. 0 deg. 45' E., 461.21 feet as measured along said East line and center line from an iron pipe at the Southeast corner of Lot 44; thence N. 89 deg. 02' 14" W., 545.00 feet to an iron pipe, passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from said East line and center line; thence N. 0 deg. 45' E., 125.00 feet to a point; thence S. 89 deg. 02' 14" E., 545.00 feet, passing over an iron pipe at 5.00 feet to said East line and center line, passing over an iron pipe 30.00 feet from said line; thence S. 0 deg. 45' W., 125.00 feet along said East line and center line to the beginning and containing 1.564 acres of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways, as surveyed by R. E. Stockman, Reg. Sur. No. 5134, October 20, 1966.
