Situated in the Township of Randolph, County of Portage and State of Ohio:
Known as being a part of Lots 61 in said Randolph Township, more fully bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the East line of Lot 61, which is also the centerline of C.H. 47 (Industry Road), 1990.70 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 61; thence continuing along the East lot line and C.H. 47 centerline South 1 deg. 20' West, 100.0 feet; thence North 88 deg. 13' West (passing over an iron pipe at 50.00 feet), 355.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 1 deg. 20' East, 100.00 feet to an iron pipe in the South line of the lands of F. C. & E. M. Corl; thence along said Corl's South line (passing over an iron pipe at 318.00 feet) South 88 deg. 13' East, 368.00 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.840 of an acre of land as surveyed in April, 1961, by Leo E. Martin, Registered Surveyor No. 2587. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Said Premises Located at 1671 Industry Road, Atwater, OH 44201.
Said Premises Appraised at $100,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale.
