S. 32' E., 104.22' to an iron pipe; thence S. 3 deg. 28' W., 45" to an iron pipe; thence N. 86 deg. 32' W., 104.22' to an iron pipe found at the SE corner of Lot 33 of Towner's Allotment; thence N. 3 deg. 28" E., 45' to an iron pipe which is the place of beginning. The above described tract contains within said boundaries 0.10 of an acre, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
