Situated in the Township of Freedom, County of Portage, State of Ohio and being a part of Lot No. 53 of said Freedom Township and also being a part of lands owned by E. & G. Wanyek as recorded in the Portage County Recorder's Deed Volume 1102, Page 207 and being further bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of Lot No. 53 with the centerline of Freedom Burton Road, SR 700 (60.00 feet in width); thence N. 08 deg. 44' 56" E., along the centerline of Freedom Road, SR 700, a distance of 450.00 feet to a point at the Northeasterly corner of the lands now or formerly owned by V. Simpson as recorded in the Portage County Recorder's Deed Volume 921, Page 709, said point being the true place of beginning for the herein described parcel of land; thence S. 89 deg. 56' 00" W., along the Northerly line of said Simpson lands and passing over a pipe found at 30.36 feet, a total distance of 944.51 feet to a pipe found in the Easterly line of lands now or formerly owned by G. Brookside; thence N. 00 deg. 06' 20" W., along the Easterly line of said Brookside lands, a distance of 98.82 feet to an iron pin set; thence 89 deg. 56' 00" E., passing over an iron pin set at 929.54 feet, a total distance of 959.90 feet to a point in the centerline of Freedom Burton Road, SR 700; thence S. 08 deg. 44' 56" W., along the centerline of Freedom Burton Road, SR 700, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point, returning to the true place of beginning and containing 2.160 acres as surveyed by Danny L. Wilson, P.S. Ohio 7238 in September, 1997.

Said Premises Located at 9585 State Route 700, Windham, Ohio 44288.
Said Premises Appraised at $125,000.00 and cannot be sold for less than two-thirds of that amount.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash.
A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
The parcel described herein is subject to the Portage County Standards Governing the Conveyance of Real Property, effective July 1, 1998. If this parcel is required to be re-surveyed to meet these standards, such resurvey is the responsibility of the successful bidder at Sheriffs sale. Copies of the Conveyance Standards are available for inspection at the offices of the County Auditor and County Engineer.
