Beginning at a bridge spike found at the intersection of the centerline of Pontius Road CH 42' A and Kehner Road TH 19' A, also being the Southeast corner of Lot #11 and the true place of beginning; thence N. 85 degrees 26' 35" W., 208.50 feet along the centerline of Pontius Road to a point; thence N. 05 degrees 00' 00" E., 330.00 feet to an iron pin set and passing over an iron pin set at 33.00 feet; thence parallel to the centerline of Pontius Road, S. 85 degrees 26' 35" E., 208.50 feet to a point in the centerline of Kehner Road and passing over an iron pin set at 178.50 feet; thence S. 05 degrees 00' 00" W., 330.00 feet along the centerline of Kehner Road to a bridge spike found, being the true place of beginning and containing 1.5795 acres of land as surveyed by B. Alan Brubaker, R.S. 6217 in July 1978.
