Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot Number 23; thence South 89 deg. 49' West, a distance of 1350.40 feet along the South line of Lot Number 23 to a point; thence North 0 deg. 18' West, a distance of 10.32 feet to a point; thence North 0 deg. 25 West, a distance of 1180.0 feet to an iron pipe and fence post which is the true place of beginning. Said place of beginning is the Northwest corner of Parcel Number R/79-A of U.S. Army Engineers Berlin Reservoir survey; thence North 36 deg. 10' 56" East, a distance of 1022.42 feet to the center line of S.R. 14, Station as 485 18.90 and passing over an iron pipe set on the South right of way line of S.R. 14; thence Southeasterly on a curve to the left, a distance of 270.17 feet (delta 0 deg. 54' 02", radius 17188.74 feet, chord 270.16 feet South 49 deg. 42' 11" East); thence South 29 deg. 06' West, a distance of 144.19 feet to a U.S. Government concrete monument and passing over an iron pipe set on the South right of way line of S.R. 14; thence South 13 deg. 00' West, a distance of 253.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence South 33 deg. 29' 09" East, a distance of 310.28 feet to a U.S. Government concrete monument; thence South 88 deg. 44' 36" West, a distance of 853.90 feet to the place of beginning and containing 8.136 acres of land as surveyed by A. Kenneth Boydell, Registered Surveyor No. 4434. The above described parcel is part of Parcel No. R/81 of the U.S. Army Engineers Berlin Reservoir survey. Binion by deed recorded in Volume 1124, Page 809 of Portage County of Record of Deeds; thence South 36 deg. 54' 12" West, along the West line of said Binion's land, and passing over an iron pin found at 43.95 feet, a distance of 802.95 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 48 deg. 11' 06" West, a distance of 302.00 feet to an iron pin; thence North 41 deg. 48' 54" East and passing over an iron pin at 754.00 feet, a distance of 800.00 feet to a point on the centerline of said Cleveland East Liverpool Road, and the true place of beginning and containing therein 5.24757 acres of land as surveyed in March, 1995 by Jerry W.
