Situated in the Atwater Township, Portage County, State of Ohio, and known as being part of Lot No. 89 in Atwater Station survey, Plat Volume 2, Page 15 as same is platted and recorded in Portage County Records, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point one hundred feet South of the Northeast corner and East line of said Lot No. 89; thence West parallel with the North line of said lot, eight rods to lands formerly owned by Sally Johnson; thence South along said Johnson's land fifty feet; thence East parallel with North line of Lot No. 89, to the East line of said lot; thence North on the East line of said lot fifty feet to the place of beginning, containing one acre and 15/100 feet of land.

Situated in Atwater Township, Portage County, Ohio, being known as the South part of Lot No. 89 in Atwater Station survey Plat Volume 2, Page 15. Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 88; thence North along the West line of a street and on the East line of Lot No. 89 to the Southeast corner of land sold to E. S. Hallock; thence West on South line of said Hallock's land to land formerly owned by Sally Johnson; thence South on the East line of said Sally Johnson's land belonging to W. H. Butler; thence East on North line of Lot No. 88 to the place of beginning, being sixty-three feet by one hundred thirty-two feet of land.

A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
