Being a part of Subdivision 8 in Lot 20 of the South Division of Lots in Ravenna Township; beginning at an iron pipe set at the Southwest corner of Lot No. 4 of the Highland Allotment; Plat Volume 3, Page 15; to the City of Ravenna, Ohio; thence South 89 degrees 00' East along the South line of the Highland Allotment, a distance of 50.85 feet to an iron pipe set at the Southeast corner of Lot No. 4; thence South 2 degrees 18' East, a distance of 63.22 feet to an iron pipe set in the North line of the Wilson Allotment; thence North 89 degrees 07' West along the North line of the Wilson Allotment, a distance of 50.85 feet to an iron pipe; thence North 2 degrees 18' East, a distance of 63.32 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.074 acres of land as surveyed by Paul C. Shafer, Registered Surveyor No. 510, said premises being part of and deeded out of a certain tract of land deeded to Ida L. Dalrymple by Joseph D. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
