Beginning at the intersection of State Route 303 and State Route 700; thence N. 80 deg. 21' W., along the centerline of S.R. 303, 441.52 feet to a point, being the principal place of beginning for the following conveyance; thence continuing N. 80 deg. 21' W., along the centerline of S.R. 303, 100.00 feet; thence N. 0 deg. 56' E., and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road, 490.35 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 89 deg. 00' E., and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road 534.59 feet to the centerline of S.R. 700; thence S. 0 deg. 52' W., along the centerline of S.R. 700, 98.75 feet; thence N. 89 deg. 00' W. and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road 435.84 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 56' W. and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road 406.64 feet to the principal place of beginning and containing 2.11 acres of land, as surveyed by C. B. Dodge Reg. No. 1602 and W. D. Moulton Reg. No. 1210 December 16, 1952.

Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of S.R. 303 and S.R. 700; thence N. 80 deg. 21' W., along the centerline of S.R. 303, 441.52 feet to a point; the principal point of beginning for this description; thence N. 0 deg. 56' E., a distance of 406.64 feet and passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 feet at side of road to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 0' W., a distance of 98.75 feet to a point said point being in the West line of lands now owned by Bernard Allen, et ux; thence S. 0 deg. 56' W., a distance of 391.60 feet to a point in the centerline of S.R. 303, passing over an iron pipe set 30.00 at side of road; thence S. 80 deg. 21' E. along the centerline of S.R. 303, a distance of 100.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing .905 acres of land.
Save and except easements and restrictions of record, zoning ordinances, real estate taxes and assessments, if any, prorated to the date of this deed.
