Beginning at a point in the centerline of T.H. 194, McMullen Road, at the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 21; thence N. 89 deg. 03' 50" W., along the Southerly line of Lot 21, a distance of 1778.34 feet to an iron pipe which marks the true place of beginning for the following described parcel of land; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 03' 50" W., along the Southerly line of Lot 21, a distance of 168.33 feet to an iron pipe; thence North a distance of 1307.82 feet to an iron pipe in the Southerly line of land now or formerly owned by S. Hauser; thence S. 89 deg. 40' 00" E., along the Southerly line of said Hauser, a distance of 168.31 feet to an iron pipe; thence South a distance of 1309.59 feet to the true place of beginning containing 5.056 acres of land, as surveyed January 5, 1972 by Albert Szuch, Registered Survey No. 5398. A deposit of 10% of your bid is required from third party purchasers at the time of sale. Conveyance and Recording Fees are required from all bidders at the time of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
