Beginning at an iron pipe in the Southerly line of Gardenview Street which point being N. 89 deg. 53' E., 140.00 feet as measured along the Southerly line from its intersection with the Easterly line of Longmere Drive; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 53' E., along said Southerly line, 62.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 17' W., 121.40 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 43' W., 62.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 17' E., 120.97 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.171 acres of land more or less as surveyed by John W.
