In pursuance of an Order of Sale in the above entitled action, I will offer for sale at public auction, "on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse, in the Magistrate John P. Beginning at an iron pipe in the Southerly line of Gardenview Street which point being N. 89 deg. 53' E., 140.00 feet as measured along the Southerly line from its intersection with the Easterly line of Longmere Drive; thence continuing N. 89 deg. 53' E., along said Southerly line, 62.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence S. 0 deg. 17' W., 121.40 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 89 deg. 43' W., 62.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 0 deg. 17' E., 120.97 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.171 acres of land more or less as surveyed by John W. Allen, Registered Surveyor No. 3302 in March, 1969.

Turso, R.S. 4632.

The balance of the purchase price shall be paid within thirty (30) days after the date the confirmation is filed with the clerk.
