Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 3, said point being on the centerline of Gotham Road (T.H. 232); thence South 86 deg. 00' East along the centerline of Gotham Rd. (T.H. 232) a distance of 1373 08 feet to an iron pin found on said line and the Southeasterly corner of land owned by K. or D. Reed, said point also being the true place of beginning for this survey; thence North 4 deg. 03' 01" East along the Easterly property line of land of K. or D. Reed and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from the centerline of Gotham Road (T.H. 232), a distance of 1128.26 feet to an iron pin found on said line and the Southerly property line of land of J. or D. Doraski, a distance of 178.91 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence South 85 deg. 44' 54" East along the Southerly property line of land of J. or D. Doraski, a distance of 178.91 feet to an iron pin set on said line; thence South 4 deg. 03' 01" West along a line running through the Grantors property and passing over an iron pin set 30.00 feet from the centerline of Gotham Road (T.H. 232), a distance of 1127.48 feet to a spike on said centerline said point being referenced by an iron pin set North 4 deg. 03' 01" East, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence North 86 deg. 00' West along the centerline Gotham Road (T.H. 232), a distance of 178.91 feet to the true place of beginning for this survey and containing 4.632 acres of land as surveyed in November, 1983 by Floyd L. Thomas and Samuel C. Janka, Registered Surveyor No. 5461 and 5739 of the State of Ohio. Be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
